We get raw land ready to build on. Our main line of work is subdivision and lot development. That means clearing, underground utilities, streets and the cut and fill that turn a field into lots for the builders. We also take on commercial site work and grading for farms and nurseries.
Turner Excavation, CCB# 250695, is Brian Turner's company. Our work has come through contacts: the builders and people we have worked with. Now we are stepping out past word of mouth, so more builders and developers can find us.
We work for builders and developers, general contractors and commercial property owners. Farms and nurseries, water and sewer cooperatives, park owners and landowners with larger projects hire us too. Most of our projects run weeks or months, like new water and sewer mains for a subdivision.
